How do I prompt?
To plan the perfect meetup with your friends, CalendAIr just needs to know two simple things: When you'd like to meet (e.g. "friday in the next 2 weeks") and how long you want to hang out (e.g. "for two hours").
Need some inspiration?
- Find a dinner slot for me and Jack on a friday next month for about two hours.
- I want to grab a coffee with Jacky this week between 2 and 3 pm.
Does the AI have access to my calendar?
No, the AI does not have access to your calendar. The AI in CalendAIr just helps with the prompts. Finding free slots with your friends is done by the CalendAIr app. The data from your calendar is not stored in our database.
How can I connect with friends?
To connect with your friends, go to the „Friends“ tab and click the button „Connect with Friend“. Here you can either generate a code for a friend and send it to them. Or if you have received a code you can insert it in the „Invite Code“ field and start your first meetup with CalendAIr.
Is the app free?
Your first 20 prompts are free. After using them up you have the opportunity to buy an unlimited amount of prompts for the next 30 days for XY €.
What do 20 free prompts mean?
As a free user you get to 20 free prompts, after that you can purchase an unlimited amount of prompts.
When will the prompt limit be reset?
The prompt limit will be reset after 30 days. You will than have 20 new prompts.
How can I delete my profile?
We are sad to see you go! Your profile can be deleted on your profile page. Please remember two things: Meetings with your friends, that are already in your calendar, won’t be removed from your calendar by deleting your account. We also don’t have access to your Android or Apple subscriptions. If you have a premium account you have to end your subscription in your phone settings.
How can I remove a friend?
To remove a friend, go to the friends tap in CalendAIr and click on the three buttons next to the friend you want to remove. By choosing “remove connection” your friend is disconnected and can no longer send meeting requests to you.
How can I disconnect or add a calendar?
Go to your profile in the app to manage your calendars.
Why do I have to connect my Google Calendar again if I already registered via Google?
Signing up with Google only helps us create your CalendAIr account quickly and securely. Connecting your Google Calendar is a separate step. CalendAIr is designed to give you as much freedom and control as possible.
That’s why we never access your calendar unless you explicitly allow it.
You decide if and when you want to connect your calendar and you can revoke access anytime in your profile.
